By commissioning me or purchasing my services (art, characters, etc.), you confirm that you have read and agree to the following Terms of Service.Please read these terms carefully before commissioning. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission that does not comply with them.• NFT, cryptocurrency, and AI-related usage is strictly prohibited

Payment
• Payments are accepted via PayPal. Other methods may be discussed in advance. Ko-fi is also available.
• Payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed upon.Refunds & Cancellations
• Refunds may be issued only if I fail to communicate within a reasonable time frame, or if I am unable to complete the commission due to personal or technical reasons.
• No refunds will be issued for changes of mind or dissatisfaction with artistic style.

Prosess & Delivery• Completion time varies between 1 week to 1 month, depending on complexity, workload, health, and convention seasons.
• The final artwork will be delivered as a full-resolution file via email or another agreed method.

copyrigh & usage
I, Mini/Milky (the artist):
• Retain full copyright over all commissioned artwork
• Reserve the right to post commissioned work to my portfolio and social media
• Reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission if necessary

• May upload the artwork to personal websites and social media with credit
• May not resell, redistribute, or profit from the artwork without purchasing commercial rights
• May not alter, edit, or create derivative works without my consentThe following is considered copyright infringement:
